Horror Nights

By

Have you ever wondered why sometimes at night we wake up for no reason? Have you ever wondered why in the middle of the dark, fast running, self-tailored dreams you suddenly fall or are about to fall and you wake up suddenly to save your dream from ruining?

Ahhh… I haven’t done any research but I may have felt something all this while. I always had very rough nights. I scream, talk and wake up in the middle of the dead-silent-night afraid. Sometimes in the middle of the nights, I feel someones watching me from the other bed. I wake up screaming but I wouldn’t hear any sound. I get scared like hell. I have spoken with my mother about this when  I was young and she always used to assure me that an angel looks over me. Somehow her assurance didn’t work for me.

I still get jitters when in sleep I feel like some one pulls my one leg and I wake up under my bed ( after i have fallen down). Ouch!!!!  Its still a mystery for me as to why I am so troblesome while I am asleep.

Sometimes I feel like I am floating and flying. Sometimes I am so fast asleep only to wake up to an imaginary horrific face. <scarryyyyy> My voice chokes up and my hands go numb. I also sometimes feel a tap on my shoulders when I am wide awake and when I look back there is no one and I am again afraid to look AHEAD as I know someones staring me right in front of my face… HAHAHAHAH <dreadful>

I am a believer of past lives and stuff. And though I am scared of my night adventures, a strong thrill runs through my veins when I cook up things in my mind about my past life and try to relate these things. I do watch a lot of horror movies but not so regularly. That too may explain a small part of my nightmares.

I believe in ghosts. I feel some extraterrestrial coldness when I am afraid. I also believe in aliens. What if I am also one of the victims shown in “The Fourth Kind” ?… Scarry!!!!

People who don’t believe in the supernatural describes this as sleep paralysis. I experienced things like you did, and I can’t sleep alone in bed or with the lights off. Sigh.
